About Our Company

2002

  • "MMCG" LLC started its activities officially in 22 Feb, 2002 by registering in State Registration office.

2003

  • Started to work in banking and financial market and developed long term cooperation plan to work with business entities.

2004

  • Started to work with international organizations such as "World Vision Mongolia" and "Asia Foundation" based in the US, Mercy Corps

2005

  • Started to work with Mongolian Government Agencies and organizations. 
  • Started to work in Telecommunications market.
  • Conducted "Home using test" trial test and survey on toothpaste in cooperation with "Tavan Bogd" group .

2006

  • Cooperated with "Dairy Project" of the UN and established "Advertising PR" Department.
  • Started to conduct training on sales staff and marketing managers for client organizations.

2007

  • Launched Training Department..
  • Launched "Focus" Agency, specialized in Politics survey and analysis
  • Signed cooperation agreement with CGAP Project of the World Bank
  • Signed cooperation agreement with Health Project of the Asian Development Bank
  • Compared to 2002, scope of activites has increased by 2.3 times and number of staff has increased by 4.
  • Successfully organized exhibition and trade fair of "Central Asian Mining Supply". Various mining supplies and equipments and tools were displayed during the fair.
  • Selected as Mongolian official partner of SK Group of South Korea and began working for the client.
  • Selected as survey contractor for the Ulaanbaatar's Smoke Reduction Project of the World Bank.

2008

  • Began cooperation with “Research International” international research firm
  • Introduced international research standards of “ESOMAR”, an international market research body and began using the standard in all stages of the survey.
  • Cooperated with South Korean company “PK&Wise” on Mongolian vegetable market assessment of Mongolia.
  • Introduced software “CSPro” in the company practice. This eliminated various errors of data entry stage.
  • Introduced “N-Vivo” qualitative survey software program. This boosted development of qualitative survey work up to modern standard.
  • Completed SWOT analysis of major 6 export sectors of Mongolia commissioned by Mongolian Ministry of Industry and Trade and JICA (Japanese International Cooperation Agency).

2009

  • Began construction of own office building that meets standard and specifics of research institution.
  • Began organizing marketing and sales advanced level training in the form of hall training. A bout 150 managers and sales staff of various companies and took part in the 8 series of training and received the certificate.
  • Won in international bidding to execute product test survey for “Imperial Tobacco Group”, international cigarette company.
  • Cooperated with “ADRA” and “CHF” international development agencies working in Mongolia.
  • Worked as contractor for “ARTA” company of Russian Federation. This paved the way for cooperation with Russian businesses and organizations.
  • Executed “Food assistance program” commissioned by Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and funded by Asian Development Bank. This set expansion of cooperation with government organizations.
  • Selected as local consultant for TAM/BAS program of EBRD. First consultancy was done for “Info Systems” company.

2010

  • Successfully organized admission project of of Technical, Vocational Educational Project of Millennium Challenge Corporation-Mongolia in partnership with IPA (Innovation for Poverty Alleviation). This paved the way of cooperation with MCC.
  • Expanded cooperation with Ministry of Labor and Social protection and conducted field survey involving all households of Khovd aimag. The project was funded by ADB.
  • Cooperated with Synovate, international research company on Mongolian soft beverage market assessment survey. This cooperation helped our company to improve business research skills and upgrade survey standards and capacity.
  • Cashmere market capacity, branding, consumer behavior research in partnership with Gobi company. This has become first comprehensive cashmere market baseline survey in Mongolia.
  • Company office construction completed. The new office is fully equipped with research facilities such as Focus Group discussion room, Data operation room, Archive room etc.

Organization of Our Company

One of contributing factor of organizational success is its human resource. Therefore, "MMCG" LLC emphasizes value of its human resources. We recruit best talent and qualified personnel and develop and train our human resource.

Staff of the "MMCG" LLC have graduated prestigous schools in Mongolia as well as abroad. Currently, there are 12 staff members specialized in survey, research, analysis, advertisement and PR working in our company.

Our staff is well qualified and possesses strong foreign language and computer skills and experienced in survey and research undertaking. All our staff posseses skills to develop survey questionaire, to pilot test surveys, process data, make analysis, write reports etc. In another word, they can work independently in all stages of survey work and substitute for each other.
